UFC Fight Night 139 Results: Winners, Bonuses, Highlights, Attendance And Gate

On Saturday night in Denver, Colorado at the Pepsi Center, the UFC celebrated its 25th anniversary. In the main event, Yair Rodriguez and "The Korean Zombie" Chan Sung Jung put on a show, but it was the former who ended things with a bang in the final second of the fight.

After going toe-to-toe for almost 25 minutes, Rodriguez uncorked an unorthodox reverse elbow that caught the Korean Zombie flush on the chin and knocked him out cold with one second left on the clock in the final round. Here is a look at the finish:

The KO was especially dramatic because the fight was so close. In fact, KZ was on his way to a split or majority-decision win, had he not been knocked out. He seemed to be wearing Rodriguez down with his forward pressure, and before he ate the elbow that ended his evening, he'd walked through a number of strikes from El Pantera beforehand.

As KZ landed more efficiently, According to the scorecards, he'd already taken three of the first four rounds on two of the three judges.

Both fighters made a great account of themselves and were well deserving of the $50,000 Fight of the Night bonus they received. For his last-second KO, Rodriguez received an additional $50,000 for one of the two performances of the night.

The other belonged to Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone. He too pulled off a dramatic finish when he submitted Mike Perry via armbar in the very first round. Here is a look at the finish:

The victory made Cerrone the winningest fighter in UFC history with 21 overall in his career. He's also among the most prolific when it comes to capturing Fight Night bonuses. It was his 14th with the UFC, and his 19th under the Zuffa banner dating back to his days with the WEC.
