It appears Terrelle Pryor's time with the Jets is over, at least for now.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Jets are expected to release the receiver due to a groin tear that is going to sideline him at least two weeks:
Schefter added that the Jets could want to bring Pryor back when he gets healthy.
Pryor agreed to a one-year, $6 million deal with the Jets in March as a free agent. In six games this season, Pryor has 14 catches for 235 yards and two touchdowns.
