FOX Sports Midwest to televise Cardinals press conference

FOX Sports Midwest will televise the Cardinals’ news conference regarding the dismissal of manager Mike Matheny, hitting coach John Mabry and assistant coach Bill Mueller, live at 11 a.m. on Sunday, July 15.

Scott Warmann and Erica Weston will anchor FOX Sports Midwest’s coverage from Busch Stadium, while Dan McLaughlin and Jim Edmonds will provide analysis from the broadcast booth.

FOX Sports Midwest will continue its coverage during the Cardinals Live pregame show at 12:30, followed by the Cardinals hosting the Reds at 1 p.m.

The Cardinals announced Saturday night that Matheny had been fired after six and a half seasons, and that bench coach Mike Shildt will serve as interim manager.
